Originally from Utah, Craig has a degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He came to us in 2010 with 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including more than a decade of advanced expertise in destination management sales and operations. Creative and attentive to details, Craig believes the secret to success is, “Keep your eye on the target and never waste an opportunity to deliver exceptional service.” He is an active member of MPI and the Las Vegas Hospitality Association, and a long-time Little League baseball coach. Craig also enjoys golf and family vacations with his wife and two sons.
